Domestic Void & Platform Protection Solutions
Lime Scaffold and Safety Rail’s system of Working Platform is designed to reduce labour and hire costs as well as providing safety. The system cantilevers off the building frame, thus eliminating the need to scaffold from the ground up, providing significant savings when compared to full scaffolding. The ground area is then open for all other trades to access the building, providing a much safer work environment.
The Working Platform provides a safe working area for fascia & gutter installation, edge protection for roof installation, installation of soffit, installation of some cladding systems and even the installation of roof trusses. All of this is possible as the system has the unique ability of being height adjustable.
The adjustable arms and posts also provide great versatility, catering for various eave lengths and platforms can be planked out up to five planks wide!
Domestic stair void protection in installed at the earliest point in the construction process, directly after the joists and other load bearing members have been installed and before the upper flooring is laid. This system allows for the installation of gyprock and plaster board without leaving large parch areas.
Lime Scaffolding Void Protection ensures workers, such as painters, carpenters, electricians and plasterers, are safe when working around unprotected stair voids.
Working Platforms can be installed on a range of different types of construction, such as timber frame, steel frame and even concrete tilt slabs.
Ladder access points can also be provided in the system, allowing ease of access to and from the Working Platform.
